Do I need an account or credit card for the free preview?

How long does it take to get the full video?
The preview takes about 1–2 minutes; after payment the full film takes 2–3 hours to render. We email you an MP4 download link and a playback page when it is ready, so you can close the page in the meantime.
How many photos do I need, and which work best?
One is enough. Lite takes up to 6 photos, Full up to 9 and Keepsake up to 12. Clear, well-lit shots of the face work best; older or slightly blurry photos still work because the AI restores sharpness and colour first.
Will the AI video still look like my real pet?
The AI keeps their coat colour, markings, face shape and breed traits. In a realistic look the film stays close to the photo; in one of the 17 art styles (such as hand-painted watercolour or 3D animation) it is stylised but still modelled on your pet. The free preview lets you check the likeness before paying.
How do I make a Rainbow Bridge tribute video for my pet?
Choose the Farewell Film, upload one or more photos and tell us their favourite spot. The film is quiet and restrained, with minimal motion and soft ambient sound; the spot appears in the film, but the film never ends on an empty place. The final frame is always their face. Farewell films are available on all three plans at the same price as any other film.
